Conveniently located near restaurants and transportation, clean and reasonably priced. the staff was helpful and friendly. We found it easy to get around from this location.
We had some issues with the language barrier and one staff member woke us up early in the morning to tell us something in Spanish. the blankets seemed dirty and we had no water the first night.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient since it was close to the bus station and restaurants. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. Additionally, I found the transportation options to be affordable and easily accessible.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel had a great Cuban restaurant with delicious cuisine, perfect for travelers on a budget. We enjoyed trying different dishes and street food around the neighborhood, which offered great taste and affordable prices. The hotel had a key location close to the main bus station, which was very handy. one of the best aspects of the hotel was having a clean and nice big shower in our room.
Some things made our stay quite inconvenient. We found the check-out process quite stressful, as the hotel staff was strict with the check-out time and did not handle the situation in the best manner.

During my stay at a hotel in an urban neighborhood, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the building and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were nice and the shower was spacious. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was within walking distance of the bus station. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
